With every Stellar Wine Club release we pair each wine with a recipe that enhances the wine and food experience. October 2009 - 2008 Marsanne, 2007 Zinfandel and 2007 Shiraz The Marsanne is paired with an appetizer of gorgonzola and walnut terrine with apples. A simple, elegant dish. The 2007 Syrah is paired with braised short ribs. Truly a winter comfort dish.
