2007 Shiraz
The 2007 Shiraz has big, bright fruit. Bing cherry and plum dominates this wine. The color is deep and rich, reminiscent to an Australian Shiraz, hence the name. Aged 18 months on a combination of French and American heavy toasted oak barrels. Only 122 cases produced. Pairs well with red meat, salmon and pastas.

2006 Syrah Reserve
Only 75 cases were produced. This Syrah is blended with 3% Viognier. In the tradition of the Rhone region of France, this delicate, floral wine has soft tannins and hints of coffee, chocolate and mint. The finish is long and lingers on the back of the tongue. This wine will age well, but is drinkable now.
